Questions about Training Diff
- Is my text uploaded to compare it?
- No. The comparison runs entirely in your browser. Only the optional AI change summary sends text to the server, and only when you ask for it.
- What do I get besides the diff?
- Change statistics, a side-by-side and an inline view, and a reviewer checklist. The plain-English change summary is an optional AI extra.
- Is Training Diff free?
- Yes. The core of Training Diff runs in your browser with no account and no limits. The optional AI extra uses one of your free AI runs: 3 without an account, 40 a month with a free account.
- What happens to the content I paste?
- It is sent to our server and on to Anthropic's Claude API only when you press the run button. It is not written to our database unless you press Save, and it is never used to train a model.
