- Delivery formats, audience needs, and optionally an image description for alt text
- You leave with
- A tailored accessibility checklist, a review plan and export to Markdown or print
When to use Accessibility Planner
WCAG is long and most of it does not apply to any one piece of learning. Accessibility Planner asks what you are building and who it is for, and returns a WCAG-aligned checklist for those formats only, with a review plan and help writing alt text.
Use it at the start of a project, when accessibility is cheapest to get right.
How to use it
- Pick your delivery formats: eLearning, video, live session, PDF or slides.
- Add any audience needs you know about.
- Optionally describe an image to get alt-text suggestions.
- Tick off the checklist as you build, and export it to Markdown or print it.
